Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, we can offer you a refund (if it is a major fault), store credit or exchange for the same garment depending on availability. However, we hold the right to repair your garment if it has a minor fault and then returned to you. However, you are eligible for a refund if the garment has a genuine/major manufacturing fault. Please contact customer care if you need additional assistance. 

 

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

If you comply with the return time frame and conditions (as listed below), we will be able to offer you a store credit. Returns will only be accepted if they are in their original condition, swing tags attached, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, not stained (make-up, fake tan) or altered in any other way (e.g. perfume). If the garment has been rejected upon return, the item can be returned to you at your own expense (i.e. you cover the shipping cost).

If you have purchased the wrong size and require an exchange for a different size, we are unable to do so. Please return the garment and we will be able to offer you a store credit for you to purchase the item again in the right size or a new style. A refund will not be given if the sizing is not available, the incorrect selection of size if out of our control. 

 

Other Information

We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages and delayed packages in transit.

When returning an item, the customer is liable for the return shipping fee. 

Australian Return Conditions

We do not offer refunds for returns and are only able to offer you store credit. 

The item must be returned to Jaz n Angels listed address within 14 days of receiving your order. If you have not returned your item within the 14 days, your order will be returned to your address at your own expense. 

We accept returns on full-priced items but not final sale items. 

The item must be returned in their original condition, swing tags attached, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, not stained (make-up, fake tan) or altered in any other way (e.g. perfume). If the garment has been rejected upon return, the item can be returned to you at your own expense (i.e. you cover the shipping cost).

If you are returning an item, the return shipping cost may be higher because Jaz n Angel originally is entitled to discounted rates. Please allow 2-4 business days upon arrival for your item to be processed before you receive a store credit in the form of a gift voucher. 

International Return Conditions
